Get list of orders for the protocol

/v1/order/protocol/pickups

Returns a list of grouped orders from which a protocol can be generated. By default, no filters need to be passed to generate them based on the list received the first time.
In response, we receive a list of orders grouped by carrier, shipping date and sender's address.
