/v1/customs/calculation

Calculates the estimated customs charges (duties, fees, taxes) for an international shipment based on sender/receiver address, freight cost, and declared goods — before the order is placed. When orderHash is provided, the result is cached and reused automatically when the order is created via POST /order with the same hash. Returns 403 with an empty array when customs are not required for the given route/carrier.
